LJ is headed by Lionel Jerome De Souza, a veteran police officer with over 26 years of service as an investigator in the Singapore Police Force. Lionel was decorated on many occasions for his exemplary and distinguished services to the Singapore Police Force and also to the Singapore community.

Lionel is assisted by his wife Deborah, who is the Director of Finance and Administration. Deborah graduated from the University of Singapore in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. She also holds two diplomas in Marketing from the United Kingdom and the Marketing Institute of Singapore, adding to her wealth of experience in the commercial and corporate world.

Together, Lionel and Deborah manage a team of skilled & experienced professionals comprising investigators, security specialists and guards.  LJ’s security guards are NSRS/WSQ trained and certified and they are also screened and approved by the Security Industry Regulatory Dept (SIRD).  All these personnel have been imbued with the De Souzas’ brand of high principles, dedication and commitment in protecting the interests of clients.
It is with the express purpose of safeguarding their clients’ interests that the staffs at LJ Investigation and Consultancy Services Pte Ltd regularly receive training and development in areas such as:
